Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective or incorrect items qualify for a free prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days of receipt.

1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return and refund for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused a return or may incur a restocking fee.

2 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@deskprinters.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back according to our instructions.
Do not send items back without an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

3 Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5 Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

Depending on your preference and stock availability, damaged products may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or credit toward a future purchase.

6 Restocking Fees

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:

Opened software, consumables, or bundled items Up to 15%
Standard returns in original condition No fee

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

7 Exchanges

We do not automatically exchange items. If you would like a different model:

8 Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage may be available and is provided by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms. Desk Printers does not provide manufacturer warranty service. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
